Refunds, exchanges and returns

We hope you are totally happy with your purchase from Chomp. If you are not, we have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be re-saleable in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase in order for us to offer you an exchange or full refund in the same currency via the same payment method as purchase.

To request a return, please contact us by emailing hello@chompbaby.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on where to send your package.

Returning Your Purchase

To ensure the safe return of your item(s), please package with care. We recommend that item(s) valued over £50 are returned using a trackable delivery service. We may refuse a refund or exchange where an item(s) is lost or damaged in transit. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) arrives back to Chomp in a resalable condition.

As soon as we receive your item(s) we will process your refund or exchange in line with our refund policy set out above. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded.

Damages in transit

Our products should arrive to you in tip top condition. However, as we do not have control over Royal Mail, please carefully inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately using this form if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not use any damaged products with your little ones.

Sale items- Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or outlet items.

Marketing

We love seeing your little ones' happy faces using our products and would love it if you tagged us on our social platforms @chompbabyofficial. Should you use our tag, we may use your photos within our marketing activity on and offline.
